Dear Registered Member of Lisburn Hawks Softball Club (LHSC),
Notice is hereby given that the LHSC Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will take place on Wednesday 1st December 2021 at 7.30pm.
The meeting will be held virtually via Google Meets (details to follow). We would request that all LHSC members attend the EGM, to support Club planning for the season(s) ahead.
LHSC are also seeking nominations for the following positions on the Club Council in 2021:
- Chair
- Vice Chair
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Media Officer
- Captain
If you would like to be considered for a position on the LHSC Council, please forward your nomination (and have it seconded by another LHSC member) to the Interim Secretary before 6pm on Tuesday 30th November 2021.
Please note that if more than one person is nominated to a council position, a vote of the membership in attendance will be required. All terms are for two years.

The interim LHSC Council would encourage all members to consider getting involved in your club council. Should you require further information about the roles and responsibilities please contact the Interim Secretary .
Attached along with this email is the provisional EGM agenda. If you would like another item to be added to the agenda, please forward your request to the Interim Secretary before 6pm Tuesday 30th November.
Other items may be considered on the night as Any Other Business. A finalised agenda will be distributed closer to the date of the EGM.
Finally, we would like to reiterate the LHSC interim Council’s hope that the majority of you will attend this important event on Wednesday 1st December 2021.
